1) My course still says “incomplete”.
Please try going to Tools>Internet Options then click on the Privacy Tab. Then click on Advanced. Then click the check box for Override automatic cookie handling and always allow session cookies.
Also, make sure that you:
a) Always using the “home” icon at the upper right of the screen to end your session rather than just clicking out of the window
b) Don’t let the screen time out (after 30 minutes of inactivity)
c) Ensure you have closed all popup blockers as they conflict with the operation of the courses.
d) Use the most recent version of the Java Plug-in with the exception of Java 6 Update 11. This most recent version is not compatible with our system and can cause issues with courses and quizzes.
e) Google and/or Yahoo toolbars should be disabled or uninstalled.
2) How do I get documentation that I’ve taken the courses?
Once a course is completed, you can print a document that is acceptable for submission for credit with the organization or state board. To obtain this, do the following:
Click on the “Profile” tab at the upper right of the My Learning screen
Click on the “Transcripts” tab at the upper left of the next screen.
This brings up a list of the courses taken. There is a “certificate” icon at the right of each item, click this and print the screen that is opened.
