My course still says “incomplete”.

 

Please try going to Tools>Internet Options then click on the Privacy Tab. Then click on Advanced. Then click the check box for Override automatic cookie handling and always allow session cookies.

 

 

Also, make sure that you:

1) Always using the “home” icon at the upper right of the screen to end your session rather than just clicking out of the window

2) Don’t let the screen time out (after 30 minutes of inactivity)

3) Ensure you have closed all popup blockers as they conflict with the operation of the courses.

4) Use the most recent version of the Java Plug-in (version 1.5.0_04)

5) Google and/or Yahoo toolbars should be disabled or uninstalled.
